Bungalow with 4m Rear Extension and Mezzanine @ Efail Isaf, South Wales.

Started a new project today. The Bungalow will be having a 4m Rear Extension and the addition of a Mezzanine floor. This is what it currently looks like:

The client sent me the following photograph and would like the new extension to look like this:

What is a mezzanine floor?

An intermediate floor between main floors of a building, and not typically counted among the overall floors of a building. Often a mezzanine will have a low ceiling and projects in the form of a balcony.
