Grade II* Listed Building - Survey and Application for Listed Building Consent @ Bristol

On Monday 3rd of December we will be carrying out a survey of a beautiful Grade II* Listed Building in the centre of Bristol City.

The building forms part of a group of 11 listed houses built in 1787 by Thomas and William Paty. The main materials are limestone ashlar facades and brick with limestone dressings to sides and rear, with party wall stacks and slate mansard roofs, built in the mid Georgian style and stands at 3 storeys, plus attic and basement.

The purpose of this survey is to make preparations for an application of Listed Building Consent. Our client seeks permission to make changes to the existing building. Exciting project, more information to follow...
