1600s Watermill converted to Micro-Brewery, 9 flats & 6 offices.
Back in 2016 I was involved with the proposed change of use of an old listed watermill. I produced drawings for a new Micro-Brewery on the ground floor level (flood zone), and then 9 flats & 6 offices on the first and second floors. Wonderful historic project and very pleased to say that I created the design.
