HEAMES Building Surveyors & Architectural Design recently carried out a measured building survey on this property in Cardiff. And provided architectural design services, along with the submission of a planning application on behalf of the client.

Works involved alterations to the Kitchen and lounge, which included the addition of some large glass windows and a sliding door. Complete new garden design and external rendering applied to the whole of the building.

The paving is Marshall's Lazaro marble in Ocean, Cottagestone Walling in Lakeland, London Stone Coping Sandstone in Contemporary Grey.
